Our client is a stable and expanding regional corporate & investment bank. They are currently looking for a Receptionist (Permanent Role) to handle general receptionist duties and perform administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Perform general receptionist duties (i.e. handling incoming calls, client greeting, etc)
- Distribute incoming correspondences and arrange courier documents
- Booking and Arranging business trips for senior management
- Handle general office administrative duties as required (i.e. pantry supplies, stationery, mailing, photocopying, staff lockers operation, etc)
- Maintain and manage the pantry conditions
- Monitor and manage the meeting room booking schedules
- Responsible for outdoor document delivery work when required
- Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2 years + receptionist or office admin experience
- Fluent in Cantonese and Business level in English are required
- Proficiency in spoken Korean would be highly preferable
- Prior admin/ receptionist experience in the banking/ financial service sector would be an advantage
- Good communication skills
