Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming calls including taking messages & call transfer, daily business communication including phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, greeting and welcoming guests in a warmth and friendly manner, managing conference room booking, mail & courier management.
Responsible for the reception area and meeting rooms in clean and orderly condition.
Support in other administrative duties including but not limited to managers’ trip arrangement, document filing, storage, pantry & sundries management, order stationery and printing materials.
Provide support to management, company events and activities and assist in ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
Diploma or above with excellent good telephone skill and manner.
2 years' relevant working experience preferred.
Good interpersonal skills and friendly.
Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin.
Proficiency in MS, Words, Excel & Chinese Word Processing.
