Relationship Manager

Job Descriptions

• Develop and establish relevant business channels and client relationships, build and maintain relationships with existing and potential LPs (Limited Partners) such as institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals, and coordinate major activities related to investor relations
• Develop and maintain government and public relations, oversee brand building, media promotion, and the selection, development, and maintenance of media channels while maintaining good communication and interaction with partners
• Maintain connections with external parties involved in investment projects, including equity research analysts, investors, legal advisors, and other external vendors
• Research and monitor market and industry developments, prepare and draft investor relations materials such as company presentations and financial report analyses
• Manage company information disclosure, including website management, official emails, posters, brochures, and fundraising materials, including writing and editing

Job Specifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services
• Knowledge of the Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area markets (experience and a strong network in GBA will be a definite advantage), with a good understanding of GBA social media platforms and distribution channels
• Proven ability to independently develop markets, establish strong institutional investor channels, build a broad client base, and cultivate extensive industry networks
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (mandarin proficiency will be a definite advantage), with fluency in presentation and strong skills in creating PowerPoint, Excel, and Word documents
• Strong results-oriented mindset and stress tolerance, capable of working independently, managing time effectively, and willing to travel; outgoing personality
• Strong writing skills, with excellent analytical, communication, coordination, and continuous learning abilities
