Establishes new relationships and manages existing relationship in order to generate new AUM and Revenue. Leverage existing client relationships, local network and investment experience to introduce new ultra-high net worth clients to Private Bank;
Grow revenue, increase AUM of portfolio and increase inflows of net new money (NNM), achieving growth by leveraging brand, channels and RM network;
Build and manage a successful practice centered on deepening relationships by providing potential and existing clients with appropriate investment advice and solutions. Researches account and transaction records to resolve basic discrepancies, answer questions, or provide documentation on client activities;
Combine in depth knowledge of traditional and alternative investments with wealth planning and private banking services to optimize client service and cross-marketing opportunities;
Actively look for cross sell opportunities in others areas of the bank, in particular lending, trust and institutional markets solutions, etc;
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding group, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred;
Considerable experience in the banking sector;
Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentiallv complex material from multiple sources;
Strong communication skills, self-motivated and be able to coordinated with teamworks.
