Job Description
My client is a newly set up asset management firm, they are looking for RO candidates that can help them get the SFC license.
Responsibilities
- Help Company to get SFC Type 4&9 license
- Act as a Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 4 & 9 regulated activities
- Supervise daily securities operation
- Oversee the compliance and ensure all business activities comply with all rules and regulations
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments upon required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with solid knowledge of operation, compliance and risk management
- Current holder of SFC unconditional Responsible Officer license for Type 4 & 9 regulated activities is preferred or had the related past experience
- Sound knowledge of SFO, SFC code of conduct, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities
- Fluent Chinese and English, Mandarin is a plus
- Immediate available is highly preferred

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
