Responsibilities
Order processing, order management and follow up with new and existing customers
Process sales orders, replenishment and returns and follow up with logistics team on daily delivery arrangement
Handle customer enquiries, maintain good relationship with customers, and ensure customer satisfaction
Assist in other ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements
F.5 / DSE or above
Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience in sales administration
Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
Proficiency in MS Office, including WORD, EXCEL and Chinese Word Processing
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good telephone manner, well-organized and detail minded
Willing to learn and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Immediate available is preferred
