As a Sales and Admissions Consultant, your main responsibility is to drive enrolments to the overseas education and travel program(s) that you will be specializing in whilst ensuring students and parents' satisfaction during their entire customer journey. You will also be taking the lead to manage and groom seasonal employees including interns and part-timers to complete various ad-hoc projects throughout the year.

EF is currently hiring Sales and Admissions Consultants for the following product lines:
Summer Study Tour and Youth Language Travel (age 7-18)
University Foundation Programs and Gap Year Abroad (age 16+)
Language Travel for Student and Adults (18+)
Hit admissions or enrolment targets through telephone and face-to-face consultative selling and quality CRM effort
Meet daily KPIs including number of calls, appointments, and consultations
Provide relevant info, advise, and quality services throughout the customer journey to ensure high customer satisfaction
Liaise with EF overseas academic and production teams to ensure we deliver our promises and solve students' problems in a timely manner.
Organize and host onsite and offsite events (including information-seminars, fairs, school talks, university speeches, student parties, alumni activities) to boost brand awareness, generate new leads, drive referrals, and create student communities
Manage student admins from start-to-end including pre- and post-departure customer service (e.g., flights, accommodation, visa, student documents, invoices, tuition payments)
A bachelor’s degree in any disciplines
1-2 years of work experience in sales or business development related job functions preferred. (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
Fluent in Cantonese and English (Mandarin a plus)
Previous international exposure an advantage (e.g., exchange, working holiday, overseas work/studying experience, outbound escorts, etc.)
Previous experience in travel-related or education industries a bonus but not a must (e.g., study abroad agencies, tourism, school admissions, etc.)
Passion for travel, languages and cultural exchange
Customer oriented and target driven. Proactive and able to work independently
Positive attitude, flexible and great team spirit. Excellent communication skills
Weekend shifts and offsite work may be required
5-day work week
