Job Description
The Discovery Internship Program will enable you to discover the most trusted sustainability intelligence platform and see how the different teams are working together in a truly CSR driven business environment. Position Description
We are looking for a proactive intern to join our Sales Development & Marketing Teams for a 3-month internship. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, event coordination, digital marketing, and market research, while working in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities - Sales Development Support:
Assist in reviewing and qualifying inbound leads to identify potential business opportunities.
Support prospecting and outreach campaigns, ensuring effective engagement with target accounts.
Conduct market research to develop and refine target account lists for sales initiatives.
Manage and analyze data to derive insights that improve sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities - Marketing:
Assist in the planning and coordination of EcoVadis events and webinars.
Support third-party event sponsorships, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up.
Draft and post social media content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Contribute to email marketing campaigns, including drafting outreach emails and tracking performance.
Qualifications
- Current University Student: Eligible for an on-site internship with the ability to establish an internship agreement.
Strong Written & Verbal Communication: Ability to craft compelling messages for outreach, marketing content, and sales interactions.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and ensuring accuracy in execution.
Technology & Tools Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and data analysis tools.
Time Management & Prioritization: Ability to balance multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
Analytical & Research Skills: Interested in data analysis and deriving actionable insights for sales and marketing strategies.
Social Media Management Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with content creation and platform management is a plus.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required, and proficiency in Japanese is an added advantage for engaging with APJ markets.
