Responsibilities:
Responsible for induction training for retail teams
Evaluate and review training programs by collecting and consolidating training results and feedback
Work closely with Department Heads to support performance management
Strong business analysis ability and retail knowledge
Identify business opportunities through analysis, market research, sales performance and trends
Requirement:
3 years’ experience in retail sales and training operations, experience in beauty industry is advantages.
Strong leadership, sensitive to numbers, responsibility and reliable.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Good commend of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and basic PC knowledge.
