- Assistant Manager:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans that align with organizational goals and the unique demands of the crypto/Web3 industry.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and create tailored job descriptions that resonate with potential candidates.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the candidate experience, including innovative onboarding processes that reflect the dynamic nature of the industry.
- Provide training and support to the recruitment team on advanced sourcing techniques, particularly for technical and specialized roles in blockchain.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within tech, crypto, or blockchain environments.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices, particularly in the tech and blockchain sectors.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels within a tech-driven environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on market trends.
