Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 532950) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree, with at least 5 years’ solid administrative work experience. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and an appropriate level of IT skills including Oracle eProcurement, MS Word and Excel. They should be a fast learner, a good team player, attentive to details, and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility. Fresh graduates with a good academic background will also be considered. Applicants with lower qualifications and/or less experience may be considered as Clerk II.
The appointee will provide day-to-day clerical and administrative support to the Faculty’s IT and Campus Innovation Team. He/She will manage budget plan, procurement and purchase, handle Request for Quotation (RFQ) and tender, draft internal documentation and reports, arrange meeting logistics, perform asset management, liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as Finance; and perform other duties as assigned. Occasionally, extended efforts or supplemental work hours may be required to resolve urgent procurement incidents promptly.
