Senior Interior Designer

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of design, from concept development and documentation to construction monitoring and project completion

• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to develop and execute interior designs aligned with organizational standards and procedures

• Interpret project briefs and contribute to the development of detailed designs, drawings, and sketch plans that meet technical specifications, resource constraints, and market expectations

• Review tender drawings and documentation for internal presentation and external bidding

• Work with internal departments and external professionals to produce project specifications and procedural guidelines

• Support the Project Manager in statutory coordination, cost control, and timeline management for assigned projects

• Conduct regular site inspections and engage with site staff to monitor design progress, identify potential issues, and implement approved solutions

• Coordinate material and resource logistics to ensure timely delivery of project milestones

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience at a reputable interior or architectural design firm

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture

• Proven ability in collaborative design problem-solving and team communication

• Proficiency in Rhino and D5 Rendering software; openness to adopting AI-assisted design tools as part of an iterative design process

• Strong communication and coordination skills in both English and Mandarin

• Prior experience working with a property developer is a strong advantage
