Position: Shipping Clerk
Role Overview
Join a Shipping Team of 3 members
Handle general shipping duties including import/export documentation, courier shipments, shipment booking, transportation arrangements, and coordination
Coordinate with China-based factories for shipment scheduling
Liaise with logistics service providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Prepare export shipping documents for overseas markets such as Europe and the US
Ensure smooth communication and documentation flow across all shipping activities
Ideal Candidates
Form 5 graduate or above
Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping documentation within trading, manufacturing, sourcing, or buying office environments
Familiarity with export shipping procedures for overseas markets
Proficient in English for email communication
Skilled in Chinese word processing
Strong team player with good coordination skills
Very minimal overtime required
Work Environment
Friendly and collaborative team culture
Work-life balance : very few OT work required
