You'll be working in the Equity Derivatives team in Hong Kong.

Your expertise
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline; MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced qualifications preferred.
•Minimum 8+ years of experience in single stock trading with a proven record of leadership and delivering consistent P&L performance, ideally within a top-tier investment bank or asset manager.
•Deep expertise in Hong Kong and regional equities markets, including market microstructure, trading platforms, and liquidity dynamics.
•Strong risk management acumen combined with strategic thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
•Extensive knowledge of regulatory environment impacting equities trading in Hong Kong and APAC.
•Exceptional communication and relationship management skills; fluency in English is required, with Cantonese and/or Mandarin preferred.
•Proven ability to lead teams, drive business growth, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
