Responsibilities:
Oversee the management of sports and recreational facilities.
Source, organize, and supervise wellness, sports, and recreation programs.
Develop, and promote sports and recreational activities and events.
Work closely with the club’s sport sections and societies to support their initiatives, facilitating communication and collaboration to enhance overall engagement.
Organize and coordinate club league teams in collaboration with the Sports Convenor
Address members' feedback and suggestions regarding sports and leisure activities.
Arrange live broadcasts of major sporting events at the club
Attend regular meetings of various Sporting Sections / Societies, and non-sporting societies
Liaise with service providers for coaches and finalize contract agreements
Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
Degree holder in Sports & Recreation Management or related disciplines
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required
Minimum 5 years’ experience with at least 3 years in supervisory level preferably in sizeable membership organization
Good interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and leadership skills
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform tasks independently
Certified in CPR/AED and First Aid is preferred
Shift duties on weekends and public holidays are required
