As Surgical Sales Specialist, Global leading eye care device company in the world, with complementary businesses in Surgical and Vision Care. Professional Sales to promote ophthalmic surgery related equipment and instruments
Responsibilities
- Responsible for promoting assigned products to Healthcare Professionals
- Maintain and develop relationships with Healthcare Professionals and provide necessary Operation Theatre support
- Explore and develop new business opportunities
- Execute sales plan and strategy, participate and conduct different level events & meetings
- Communicate with Healthcare Professionals about latest update of product, service and prices, events, etc.
- Investigate market intelligence; feedbacks; and suggestions
- To support marketing activities for IOL business development
- To support junior or newly join sales team members for customer visit and sales daily operation work
- To support National Sales Manager to develop sales tactics, sales analysis and sales forecasting
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor degree or above (preferable in Science related discipline)
- With relevant 3 years or above working experiences (preferable in medical device /pharm industry)
- With Operation Theatre sales experience preferred
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Will be considered as Surgical Sales Representative with less experience
