Technical System Officer

Responsibilities:

• Provide functional and technical support to maintenance teams of Technical Services Systems (TSS) and Technical Services Infrastructure (TSI) Departments in Airport Asset Management Systems (AAMS)
• Collaborate with Information Technology Department in troubleshooting and problem solving of AAMS
• Act as system administrator of AAMS to maintain master data, perform configuration and monitor system performance
• Extract data from various corporate systems to perform analysis and generate monthly budget and expenditure reports
• Participate in the annual budget planning and mid-year expenditure forecasting exercise
• Perform ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting and Finance or related disciplines with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience in Application Administration and Support or Accounting and Reporting. Degree holder with 1 year’s relevant working experience will also be considered
• Hands-on experience with enterprise asset management systems is preferrable
• Exposure to financial planning cycles, including budget planning and expenditure forecasting, is a plus
• Experience in IBM Maximo, Oracle E-business Suite is an added advantage
• Experience in data extraction, analysis, and report generation using tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or SQL would be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
