Technician - Building Maintenance 技術員 (大廈維修)
About Our Client
A multinational property development group covering commercial portfolio of premium shopping malls and office buildings.
Requirements
- Certificate in Building Services, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- 須持有大廈服務、電基/機械工程證書
- Holder of Grade A Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker and Green Card
- 持有電工人員A牌註冊證書及平安咭
- 3-5 years experience in building maintenance services
- 3-5 年大廈維修服務經驗
- Familiar with electrical maintenance works
- 須要熟悉電機工程維修工作
- Experience in Grade A commercial building or hotel is required
- 必須有曾任職甲級商廈或酒店的工作經驗
- Flexible, detail-minded, responsible and good team player
- 靈活、注重細節、負責任及具有良好的團隊合作精神
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- 能即時上班者優先考慮
Responsibilities
- Provide support on daily building repair and maintenance services
- 為日常大廈維修及保養服務提供支援
- Work closely with contractors to monitor the maintenance works
- 與承包商緊密合作以監督維修工程
- Perform regular inspection for E&M control room and building facilities
- 進行定期檢查機電控制室及樓宇設施
- Monitor the status and perform inspection for tenants’ fitting-out works
- 監察租戶裝修工程的進度及進行檢查
