Technician - Building Maintenance Team

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of staff to perform maintenance activities of Architectural, Builder Works and Finishing (ABWF) and Plumbing & Drainage System (P&D) in nature and civil assets for all station-based systems / equipment in stations and ancillary buildings within the responsible line(s)
• Monitor maintenance contractor’s quality, safety, performance and co-ordinate the C&R Works on site
• Prepare maintenance documentation in relation to safety, quality and environmental issues

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic or Building Services Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
• Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic or Building Services Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience or 2 years’ post apprentice experience
• Good communication and supervisory skills

Remarks

• Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered
• Required to perform shift duties and work on weekend and public holidays, when and where required
• The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
