Major Duties:
(a)
To perform teaching duties and assist in supervision of students’ projects and fieldwork placement;
(b)
To assist in carrying out duties in relation to student and academic administration;
(c)
To assist in updating and developing programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials;
(d)
To participate in departmental projects and functions including but not limited to consultancy services, research studies, seminars and exhibitions; and
(e)
To carry out various administrative duties.
Requirements:
(a)
A relevant recognised degree in Applied Sciences/Health and Life Sciences or related disciplines, preferably with post-graduate qualifications;
(b)
Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua;
(c)
Mature, independent, dynamic, creative, self-motivated, be a good team player and able to work under pressure on tight schedule;
(d)
Good records of linkage with the industry or with solid work experience would be an advantage; and
(e)
Candidates with solid experience in exhibition / forum planning, implementation would be an advantage.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a written assessment.
(3)
The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and/or outside campus.
