Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for fleet maintenance, modernization and major repair works
- Provide on-site technical support, quality control, and perform workshop supervision
- Supervise vendors and contractors in T&D system operations, maintenance, and capital projects, ensuring their performance meets deliverables
- Provide training and technical advice to technicians / mechanics
- Conduct regular and ad hoc training, safety workshop & reminders, policy, and user manual updates for stakeholders
- Prepare monthly reports on vehicle performance, usage, fuel consumption, and KPIs for management's review
- Implement improvement plans for fleet maintenance and operations
- Perform operational duties beyond office hours as required
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial Engineering or related discipline
- 1-2 years relevant experience in automotive or engineering industries
- Proficient in English and Chinese with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-minded, independent with strong sense of responsibility
- Good in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Experience with SAP is preferred
- Holder of valid Class 1 and 2 driving licenses
