Customer Service Supervisor/Officer (Air Freight)
- Diploma holder or above will be an advantage
- At least 5 year relevant experience in customer service / operation at freight forwarding industry
- Mainly responsible for co-ordination with clients & overseas agents for shipment updated status
- Handle full set of daily air shipment independently
- Upate clients' tracking systems / reports and send pre-alert to the clients/overseas agent
- Independent, organized, responsible, self-motivated and problem solving person
- Good in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word is preferable
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Immediately available is highly preferable
Candidate with less experience will also be considered. Welcome fresh graduates in Transportion, Logistics or related disciplines.
