VP, Trust Marketing Manager, Private Banking

Key Accountabilities

• Be the primary point of contact for trust clients, internal and external business referrers;
• Work closely with ESOP sales team, Private Banking and other divisions of the BOC Group to promote both EBT and family trust services;
• Be assigned new cases and revenue targets. Work with the Head of Trust Services to plan and execute different marketing and sales activities;
• Responsible for maintaining good relationships with existing clients and work closely with the trust administration team in ensuring high-standard service level;
• Responsible for and provide support to the trust administration team in connection with onboarding of new clients, establishment of new trusts, and ensuring the KYC and CDD tasks are performed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and are up to the Group standard;
• Understand the products and services offered by other business units of the BOC Group, with a primary focus on wealth products including investment and insurance;
• Provide trust and wealth planning trainings to other divisions of the BOC Group.

Skills & Experience

• Degree holder in business, law, accounting or related disciplines;
• TEP qualification is highly preferred;
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with good exposure to both EBT and family trust services;
• Possess relevant legal, tax and accounting knowledge;
• A great team member, someone who is good at managing client and stakeholder relationships;
• Fluency in English, Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese.
