Responsibilities:
Work closely with frontline members to understand their performance, ability and capacity in order to properly allocate resources and guidance to support their daily work and growth
Deploy the company's business strategies and develop local sales tactics to lead stores in achieving company goals and objectives in terms of executing promotions and programs, customer service, and people development
Provide guidance and support for the daily operations of designated stores, including inventory management, resource allocation, and personnel management
Promote team spirit and build the competencies of the team to deliver excellent customer service and business results
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail/ F&B management, preferably in managing multiple stores
Strong leadership skills and people management abilities, capable of fostering a team-oriented and collaborative environment
Ability to motivate and encourage team members to achieve company goals
Excellent communication skills, analytical abilities and decision-making skills.
Strong sense of responsibility and adaptability
