Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including copying, scanning, binding and filing
- Handle phone calls and greet visitors
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Coordinate company events and staff activities
- Assist with ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Min 2 years relevant experience in reception and administrative support
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office (knowledge in Google Workplace is an advantage)
- Self-motivated, willing to learn and strong sense of responsibility
- A team player with the ability to work independently
- Holder of Construction Safety Training (Green Card) is an advantage
