In this position you will....
be working with a dedicated operation team to support a mid-scale GI business. You will be responsible for general insurance policy administration services and associated back-office tasks including operational projects and other support may be needed.
You will be responsible for…
- Performing policy administration services including data input, policy documents preparation, renewal invitations issuance and policy endorsements.
- Proactively supporting day-to-day operations on multiple P&C products including Motor, Individual Medical, Marine and other GI products in a timely manner.
- To meet the agreed Turn Around Time in all policy administration related tasks
- To provide support to internal business teams on policy administration services.
- Support user acceptance test (UAT) for system changes, campaigns and other projects and assist in designing test plans and conducting UAT.
- Ensuring adherence to the company’s philosophy while supporting company strategy and culture to exceed customers’ expectation.

You will require the following qualifications and skills
- Degree or Higher education diploma holder with 1-2 years of experience in Operations/policy administration within insurance sector preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Fluent in Cantonese and good command of English.
- Self-motivated and ability to learn and work in a dynamic environment.
- Conversant in Microsoft office applications (e.g., Power Point, Excel, Word, MS Project).
