Handle daily accounting transactions, such as preparing journal vouchers, sales invoices, and other accounting documents
Entering data into ERP accounting systems and maintaining accurate financial records
Checking invoices and payments and managing AR
Reconciling bank statements
Prepare turnover rent report
Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities
Assisting in preparing monthly management reports, B/S schedules, and financial statements
Assisting with audit procedures and statutory submissions
Performing ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors
Requirement
Diploma in Accounting with LCCI level III
At least 5 years of accounting experience with 3-year experiences in F&B / Retail is a must
Good PC Skill in MS Excel, Word, and knowledge in ERP system is an advantage
Good communication skill and willing to learn
Mature and positive attitude, self-motivated and detail-minded
Immediate available is preferred
