Job Duties:
- Provide full support in site administration
- Responsible for day-to-day duties in office/site facilities and operation management
- Maintain transportation services – such as carpool, shuttle bus, etc.
- Provide clerical support to other teams whenever required
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Qualification in HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent or above
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in using relevant Document Control Management System is preferred
- Familiar in MS Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook) and general computer knowledge
- Experience in a site based environment for a contractor is an advantage
- Attention to details and good communication skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
