Job Descriptions:
- Approve claim cases within TAT
- Conduct claims investigation
- Prepare tailored made letters (including decision and investigation letters)
- Handle ad hoc assignments from management
- Develop user manual, stakeholders communication and conduct user training sessions
- Handle ad hoc assignments from management
- Review manual claims letter
- Handle system-related enquiries from internal staffs
- Respond to agents' enquiries and other agent related enquiries
- Manage the turnaround of the claims related request (e.g. claim cases, enquiries)
- Assist manager to allocate proper resources on daily tasks
- Lead team and manage workload for the team (e.g. resource allocation based on demands)
- Manage staff performance and development (e.g. coaching, mentoring, regular feedback etc.)
- Provide guidance to junior staff on complex and non-standard cases
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Insurance including FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute), ALHC (Associate, Life and Health Claims), ACS (Associate, Customer Service).
- Minimum 6 years of working experience individual life insurance /Claims Operation (preferably with insurance/financial industry), in which 2 years in supervisory role
- Fluent written and verbal English and Cantonese with knowledge of Mandarin an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A good team player who is eager to learn and strive for improvement
- Attention to details with high accuracy rate
- Good analytical ,Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
