Job Responsibilities
Provide secretarial services and document support to the supervisor
Assist in organizing various business and communication functions with external parties
Collect and consolidate market information for the supervisor’s references
Facilitate the information flow with other internal departments
Perform any other duties as required by the company
Job Specification
Degree/Diploma holder in any discipline
Working experience in the travel business for at least one years is preferred.
Customer service and sales experience are advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-versed in MS Office applications
Fresh graduates are welcome
