ONE INNOVALE- ASSISTANT PROPERTY OFFICER
· Holder of Degree / Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines;
- Holder of Provisional Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) / (Tier 2) Licence;
· 3 years’ solid experience in property management, preferably with experience in management of luxury / large-scale residential estates;
· Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, especially in relating to the structure of the organization of Incorporated Owners;
· Customer-oriented and with good communication skills;
· Proficiency in written/spoken English and Chinese is essential;
· Immediate available is preferred;
· Location: One Innovale, Fanling
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include:
