Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing IT risk management policies and procedures for the branch and communicate related requirements to business units.
- Support the analysis and assessment of IT risks, conduct risk inspections, and implement risk control measures.
- Assist in managing and monitoring system application development and enhancement projects.
- Assist in managing and resolving system maintenance and operational issues.
- Collaborate closely with IT vendors and relevant teams to ensure effective coordination in IT risk management practices.
- Assist in evaluating IT-related risks of third parties and partner institutions to ensure compliance with management requirements.
- Perform routine system data maintenance and management tasks.
- Undertake other assigned duties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, engineering, accounting, or related disciplines.
- At least 2 years of IT-related work experience in the financial industry.
- Solid programming skills and hands-on development experience in Python/Java/VBA.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is preferred.
- Preference will be given to candidates with the following certifications or qualifications:
- Knowledge of financial markets or relevant risk management expertise.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, ECF, CFA, FRM, CSX, ACsP, GIAC, or CAMS.
