Our client a leading bank in Hong Kong and currently seeking a dedicated Branch Service Officer to join their team. This full-time role involves providing exceptional face-to-face service and supporting the delivery of digital banking solutions.
Job Highlights:

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service in the bank hall, assisting customers with digital banking inquiries.
- Introduce digital banking services and solutions to customers, contributing to the branch's sales targets.
- Identify and respond to customer needs and concerns promptly, managing the queue effectively.
- Support branch administrative and operational duties.
Requirements:
- HKCEE / HKDSE or above; a minimum of Level 2 in 5 subjects (including Chinese or English and Mathematics) in the HKDSE, or a minimum of Grade E in 5 subjects (including Chinese or English and Mathematics).
- At least 1 year of customer service experience; customer-facing experience is preferred.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to deliver exceptional service.
- Proficient in both spoken English and Chinese.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to explain complex information clearly.
