Roles & Responsibilities:
Developing growth strategies and plans which focus on business growth and financial gain
Conduct research to identify new OEM/ODM opportunities and building long term relationships with new customers
Arrange business meeting and preparing and delivering presentation to potential customers
Promote the company's manufacturing strength/services addressing or predicting customers' objectives
Developing quotes and proposals for prospective customers
Negotiating and closing business deals
Working closely with other internal departments, such as marketing and sales, to develop and implement strategic plans to grow the business
Collaborate with our US North American Sales Director to generate lead
job Requirements and Skills:
Proven working experiences and skills in strategic planning, market research, market analysis, lead generation and contract negotiation
Proven sales track record
3-4 years experience in customer support is a plus
Experiences in medical devices industry or with some technical background is advance
Proficiency in English [Fluent English speaking skills is required]
Able to fly to overseas look for new lead frequently, including participate in international trade shows, customer visits
University Bachelor Degree in Business or equivalent, Studied aboard is advance
Based in Dong Guan, China (5 working days)
