Job Summary
This position has the responsibility of working closely with the country organizations, divisions, President/VPs and other leaders to identify, analyze, and communicate current business opportunities or issues impacting our business by working on various critical meeting/review/presentation charts preparation, and tracking the progress of completion of those meeting presentation progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Support various APAC strategic meetings like business and divisional meetings, financial review, strategic planning meetings, and other specific meetings as required.
- Plan and prepare Strategic planning meetings, facilitate and regularly review as well as update plan throughout the fiscal year.
- Facilitate development & coordination of Key Initiatives Program, regular review and facilitate review meeting with President and stakeholders.
- Potential acquisition analysis, study, and preparation including target analysis & profile development etc
- Lead coordination, and analysis of market analysis and/or competitor studies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Marketing and/or Business Management. MBA preferred
- Skills:
- Good work attitudes
- Multi-cultural background
- Fluent in English
- Excellent number and analytical skills
- Strong learning agility
- Strong presentation skills, with excellent PowerPoint skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills across all levels especially top management
- Proactive and independent
- Prior experience in supply chain, sales/marketing, forecasting & planning an advantage
- Language
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Other Requirement
- Able to interact positively in all APAC countries / US / Europe, recognizing and adapting to the cultural differences
- Flexibility to work long hours to maintain proposal deadlines.
