Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for the China market, aligned with overall business objectives.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.
· Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Baidu, Dianping and other relevant platforms.
· Create engaging and culturally relevant content for the China market, including social media posts, articles, website copy, and marketing collateral.
· Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure effective campaign execution.
· Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
· Manage marketing budget for the China market, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
· Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers in the medical beauty industry.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines for marketing in China.
· Short business trip to China if necessary
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the China market.
· Deep understanding of the Chinese consumer and digital marketing landscape.
· Experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns on WeChat, Weibo, Baidu, and other e-commerce platforms like Xiaohongshu and Dianping etc.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English.
· Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
· Experience in the medical beauty industry is a plus.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong project management and organizational skills.
