主要职责:1. 业务目标达成:
a) 依照公司政策和阿斯利康行为准则,制定并执行客户年度业务计划,保证达到预期目标
b) 监测零售市场动态、提供客户洞察与建议,分析相关数据,识别业务机会与风险,及时调整策略
2. 客户关系管理:
a) 负责与核心零售客户建立并维护长期战略合作关系
b) 定期拜访客户高层,深入了解客户需求,制定个性化合作方案,推动创新合作模式,
3. 跨部门协作:
a) 与市场、医学、运营、数据等团队紧密合作,推动联合战略合作、营销活动、产品推广和项目落地
b) 协调内外部资源,解决客户需求
4. 合规与风险管理:确保所有合作符合公司合规政策及行业法规要求
任职要求
1. 教育背景:本科及以上学历,医药、市场营销等相关专业优先。
2. 工作经验
a) 5年以上医药零售大客户管理经验
b) 熟悉医药零售行业运作模式、投资逻辑及关键决策流程
3. 能力要求
a) 出色的谈判、沟通及高层客户管理能力
b) 结果导向,目标感强
c) 具备创新意识,能推动客户定制化解决方案落地
d) 数据驱动思维,熟练使用Excel、Power BI等分析工具
