Customer Service Officer (Dental)
What you'll be doing:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat regarding product availability, specifications, pricing, and delivery
Address customer complaints or concerns, such as defective products, delivery delays, or incorrect shipments
Support promotional campaigns by informing customers about discounts or new product launches
Communicate with the sales administration team to check stock levels for dental consumables and equipment
Notify customers of backordered items and provide estimated restocking timelines
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and complaints
Regularly review the status of service reports
Collaborate with the Sales Administrators, Sales Executives and Technicians as a team to identify issues in daily operation to drive efficiencies and continuous improvements
Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
What we're looking for:
Form 5 or above with customer service / call center experience
At least one year of experience in handling customer complaints, preferably in retail or hospitality sectors
Experience of using “WhatsApp” to communicate with customers will be definitely an advantage
Proven track record of providing high-quality customer service and maintaining a positive attitude
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
Immediate available is highly preferred
