Content Strategy Development: Develop, own, and execute an end-to-end content strategy ( Search & Social Media ) that aligns with our clients’ marketing and business objectives.
Content Creation & Curation: Write, edit, and proofread high-quality, engaging content for various digital channels, including our website (blogs, landing pages), social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), email newsletters, and video scripts.
Social Media Strategy: Oversee the content strategy for our social media channels, ensuring it resonates with the local Hong Kong audience and drives community engagement. Stay current with emerging platforms and trends (e.g., Xiaohongshu, Threads).
AI-Enhanced Workflow: Leverage generative AI tools and platforms to enhance content creation processes, from ideation and research to drafting and optimisation, while maintaining strict quality control and ensuring all output aligns with our brand voice and accuracy standards.
Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the performance marketing, design, and product teams to create integrated content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
Experience: 1 years of proven experience in a content strategy, content marketing, or digital marketing role. Agency or in-house experience is welcome.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
Bilingual Proficiency: Exceptional, near-native command of written and spoken English and Traditional Chinese (Cantonese) is mandatory. Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
Local Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Hong Kong digital landscape, consumer behaviour, and cultural nuances. Experience with content aimed at both local and expatriate audiences.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with social media management.
AI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience utilizing generative AI tools for content ideation, drafting, and workflow optimisation. Must demonstrate a strong understanding of how to use AI as an assistive tool while applying critical human oversight for fact-checking, originality, and brand alignment.
Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to analyse data, draw conclusions, and translate them into actionable content strategies that drive results.
