Our client is a leading European manufacturing company with a strong global presence and production facilities across multiple continents. Its Hong Kong office serves as a vital regional branch, supporting operations and strategic initiatives throughout Asia. As part of their continued growth, they are now seeking a high-caliber professional to join as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (European expat)
The Position This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Managing Director, and another key executive in the organization. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive executive support while also participating in business-critical projects and liaison activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum personal assistance to the Managing Director, including daily scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements (90% of business and 10% for personal issue)
- Manage and maintain accurate Records.
- Prepare monthly reports on status and performance.
- Liaise and attend meetings with Associations and other relevant industry bodies.
- Support internal business units by delivering timely and actionable management information such as marketing event and project coordination
- Ensure timely execution aligned with strategic goals.
Requirements
- University degree
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese) is essential.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, western culture and dynamic business environment in PR, advertising, marketing etc
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.

Pay: $32,000.00 - $36,000.00 per month
