Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Clinical Research Centre of the Faculty of Dentistry (Ref.: 532860)
We are looking for an Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) to join the Clinical Research Centre (CRC) to provide administrative support in the operation of the CRC.
The Role
The appointee will manage appointment scheduling and front-desk duties, support reporting tasks and data entry for clinical trials, and assist in preparing study-related reports and summaries. He/she will also assist clinical teams with timely data collection and updates, and perform clerical duties and other tasks as assigned by the Clinical Research Coordinator.
Qualifications and Qualities
- A Bachelor’s degree; OR 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics; OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics with at least 1 year’s work experience;
- A fast learner with self-motivation;
- Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in PC and software applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing; and
- Knowledge and experience in research projects and clerical work are preferred.
What We Offer
The appointment will be made on fixed-term full-time contract for 2 years, to commence as soon as possible with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, together with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme at 10% of basic salary.
