Manage the Director’s schedule, including meetings, appointments and daily activities, ensuring timely reminders and preparation of necessary materials.
Organize all aspects of travel such as visa applications, flight and accommodation bookings and transportation arrangements.
Maintain and manage the Director’s contact, handle calls, emails and correspondences while prioritizing urgent matters and responding professionally.
Prepare the Director for meetings by gathering relevant documents and make agendas and take minutes.
Execute full range of secretarial and administrative support to the Director.
Handle finance related tasks such as payments, reimbursements while providing secretarial support to the finance team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking, finance or corporate sectors will be an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and capable of carefully handling sensitive information.
