Be responsible for the communication and coordination between the company and government departments and related enterprises, and establish good cooperative relations;

Assist departments to complete external liaison and affairs communication to ensure accurate and timely information transmission;

Organize and participate in all kinds of business meetings, official reception and banquet services to show the company's professional image;

Have keen observation and flexible adaptability, and can effectively deal with emergencies and multi coordination tasks;

Proficient in using all kinds of office software, with excellent language expression and written communication skills.

Job requirements:
College degree or above, good image and temperament, with more than two years of administrative or front desk related work experience;

Under 30 years old, outgoing and cheerful, with good interpersonal and customer service awareness;

Familiar with business reception process and etiquette norms, with knowledge of red wine, cigar and tea culture is preferred;

Have strong language expression skills and communication and coordination skills, and can properly handle all kinds of emergencies;

Love your job, strong sense of responsibility, able to adapt to short-term business trips and overtime arrangements.
