FINANCE SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST (12-month contract)
[Ref: FSIS-F&A]
Role and Responsibilities
• Support the finance system transformation, including configuration, testing and deployment of the
- Participate in all testing phases e.g. data migration validation, accounting treatments reviews and
- Support the validation of system interfaces and reports to ensure alignment with business
- Coordinate with stakeholders across Finance, IT and external partners to maintain alignment and
- Monitor project progress, escalate issues and risks to task force and recommend corrective
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of system configurations, process flows and
- Manage system clean up tasks and respond to ad hoc requests
- Perform business as usual tasks to support daily operation as needed
Qualifications and Required Attributes:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Qualified Accountant of HKICPA or other recognized professional accounting bodies
- Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting, of which 5 years in
- Proven success in designing and implementing financial processes
- Experience with ERP or financial systems transformation, project managment exposure is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in multi-tasking and managing complex situations under tight deadlines
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure independently
