Job description:
Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Participate in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and controls
Provide financial support and advice to various departments within the company
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information
Assist in the management of accounts receivable and payable processes
Contribute to the development and enhancement of financial policies and procedures
Provide support in the preparation of financial audits and regulatory reporting
Job qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial assistant manager or similar role, preferably in the banking and financial services industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications, such as Microsoft Excel
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements in the banking and financial services industry
