Responsibilities:
Processing air freight shipments, including documentation, customs clearance and coordination with airlines and other logistics providers
Liaising with customers to provide updates on shipment status and resolving any issues or queries
Preparing and submitting accurate and timely reports on shipment activities
Assisting with inventory management and the safe storage of cargo
Supporting the wider freight and logistics team as needed
Qualifications:
3-5 years' experience in a freight forwarding or logistics role, ideally within the air freight sector
Strong knowledge of customs procedures, documentation requirements and air freight operations
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues
Proficient in using logistics management software and IT systems
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required
Immediate Available is an advantage
