- Handle full set of air freight import / export documentation and application for licenses
- Liaise with related parties for shipment arrangement
- Provide clerical support including filing, data entry and analysis
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Working Hours
- Import / Monday to Friday 09:30-18:30 (with 1 hour lunch break)
- Export / Monday to Friday / On-shift duty (Day shift 09:30-18:30 or Night shift 13:00-22:00)
- Overtime and Holiday duty may be required
Requirements
- HKCEE or above
- 1 year of relevant experience from an air forwarder is preferred
- Proficient in MS office applications, particularly MS Excel and Word
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Highly organized and detail-minded with a strong sense of responsibility
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
