Guest Services Agent
Responsibilities:
Assist in ensuring the effective and sufficient operations of the hotel
Assist to handle reservations requests according to established procedures including reservations input, filing and answering guests’ inquiries through emails and phone calls
Communicate and maintain long term relationship with existing and new clients by site inspections and expand client portfolio to ensure the smooth execution of working in unity
Regularly report on market trends, analysis of sales and competitor activities to stay competitive on pricing and services in the market
Assist in identifying market needs and trends in corporate and other market segment
Requirements
Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Sales & Marketing, Communications, or other relevant disciplines
At least 3-4 years solid experience in F&B Marketing, preferably in hospitality industry
Able to work independently, proactive and self-initiated
A good team player with creative, detail-mind and analytical mindset
Proficient in computer applications
Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
Overnight shift duty or permanent night shift duty is required, please take into account before apply
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Guest Services Agent.
