HR & Admin Associate
Admin duties:
Administrative support including equipment maintenance, license renewal, office procurement, verification of invoices, …etc
Any adhoc duties assigned
HR duties:
Organizing company & staff activities
Handle recruitment activities such as posting job advertisements, interview arrangement, on-boarding process, update staff records, …etc
Update employee handbook and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Conduct market survey on compensation and benefit package
Any adhoc duties assigned
What You Should Possess:
Degree holder
1-2 years working experience; fresh graduates are also welcome
A team player with good interpersonal and numerical skills
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook
