HR & Admin Associate

Admin duties:

  • Administrative support including equipment maintenance, license renewal, office procurement, verification of invoices, …etc

  • Any adhoc duties assigned

HR duties:

  • Organizing company & staff activities

  • Handle recruitment activities such as posting job advertisements, interview arrangement, on-boarding process, update staff records, …etc

  • Update employee handbook and compliance with relevant laws and regulations

  • Conduct market survey on compensation and benefit package

  • Any adhoc duties assigned

What You Should Possess:

  • Degree holder

  • 1-2 years working experience; fresh graduates are also welcome

  • A team player with good interpersonal and numerical skills

  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook

Remuneration package includes free/rebated air tickets, group life/accident insurance, company subsidized medical scheme, year-end bonus and discretionary bonus payment.
