Job Responsibilities:
Supervise the administrative team to ensure the smooth operation of company assets, facility maintenance and equipment management, and office budget control.
Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, correspondence, and filing systems.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, policies, and workforce plans.
Oversee the operations of HR, including payroll, MPF, taxation, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, commission scheme, bonus scheme, and performance management. Especially for clients in the Greater Bay Area.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Mainland clients, including job postings, screening, interviews, offer processing and onboarding.
Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs, including incentive schemes, insurance plans and performance management tailored for Mainland clients.
Prepare and manage annual HR and admin budget, including manpower costs, training expenses and employee programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Administrative Management or related disciplines.
Over 6 years of solid working experience in HR management, with specific experience in Mainland China enterprises and overseas, especially Singapore, is preferable.
Knowledgeable of employment laws, tax regulations, and regulatory requirements in Mainland China and Hong Kong is preferred.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a practical and approachable working style.
Ability to work independently, be resourceful and balance both strategic coordination and operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
